Vi producerar till låga kostnader och rationell hantering med moderna maskiner, med 40-400tons låskraft, utrustade med CNC-robotar. Vår formverkstad arbetar med CAD/CAM. De moderna bearbetningsmaskinerna gör att vi kan utföra förstklassiga arbeten av såväl nya verktyg som löpande underhåll av befintliga verktyg. För oss är ISO 9001 och ISO 14001 en självklarhet.
Our vision and aim is to be one of the leading producers in thermoplastics. Our unique knowledge and skill on how to manufacture injection moulded plastic parts, combined with our own excellent tooling resources, offers you an efficient and reliable partner from the first idea to the finished product. We focus on clever and cost efficient solutions with short lead times and no mistakes. Equipped with 20 modern moulding presses, with clamping forces from 40 to 400 tons, CNC robots, we are able to produce efficiently and with competitive costs.
In our modern workshop, where we use CAD/CAM and latest technology, we can offer our customers first class new tools as well as repair and maintenance of existing lines of tools. We are certified according to ISO 9001
and ISO 14001 and quality is our hallmark from idea to finished product.
